Refund and Return Policy

Cut-to-order fabric is non-returnable

LaSilk fabric and other cut-to-order materials are prepared for the selected quantity or size. These products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Products marked Returnable: No on the product page cannot be returned because of a change of mind, incorrect quantity selection, color preference, or project change.

LaSilk does not currently offer free samples or a standard swatch-order service. If color, texture, width, weight, stretch, or drape must match a specific requirement, contact us before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect the order after delivery. If the item is damaged, materially defective, or different from the item ordered, contact support@lasilkfabric.com as soon as the issue is discovered. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area. Do not cut, wash, alter, or use the material while the claim is being reviewed.

We will review the evidence and, when a claim is approved, provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, partial refund, or refund to the original payment method. Shipping damage and incorrect-item claims are not handled through an external return portal.

Color and production-lot variation

Screen settings, lighting, photography, and production lots can create reasonable color or texture variation. Contact us before a larger or color-sensitive order so the current lot can be checked. Reasonable display or lot variation is not by itself treated as a defect.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if an order needs to be cancelled. Cancellation is not guaranteed after cutting, preparation, or fulfillment has begun.
